Jordan Vauvert A défaut de révolutionner un genre, Sad Pop Vol.1 est une petite révolution dans la discographie de No Point in Living, Yu se présentant sous un jour plus accessible que d'ordinaire. C'est un mini-album intéressant qui souffre cependant du fait d'avoir le cul entre deux chaises : la pop est en réalité proche d'une sorte d'electro minimaliste et répétitive (presque de la house en somme) et l'idée d'y ajouter du metal mélancolique est originale mais peu exploitée. Ça reste une bonne excursion ! Favorite track: Yesterday's Memory.
